You connect your WhatsApp and social accounts with Meta’s official login. You never copy keys or tokens, and you stay the owner of your accounts.

Connect your WhatsApp
A Meta window opens: you log in, pick or create your WhatsApp Business account and confirm your number. It takes a few minutes.
- Use the Facebook account that manages your business.
- Have the business phone at hand: Meta will ask you to confirm in the app or with a code.
- Allow pop-ups in your browser.
Before you start, read the verification guide
If you already answer from the WhatsApp Business app, you keep using it on your phone: ReceptIA replies from the same number and your chats from the last 6 months are brought in. WhatsApp Web is logged out and must be linked again.

You choose your Facebook page and your Instagram account. We will handle their direct messages.

Your accounts are connected
We received your connection. Here is what happens next:
- We set up your assistant with your accounts.
- You fill in the knowledge-base template with your business information.
- We test together and the assistant starts answering.
