What does each plan include?
Essential Care: WordPress, theme and plugin updates, backups, hosting included and a regular report. Advanced Care adds speed optimization. Premium Care adds basic SEO.
Why does my site need maintenance?
WordPress, themes and plugins get updates and security patches all the time. An outdated site is more exposed to failures, attacks and data loss.
What if I do not buy a plan?
You remain responsible for keeping your site updated and secure, and Superhostme is not liable for failures caused by outdated software. It is explained in clause 4 of the hosting terms, and you can pick your option before buying.
Does my site have to be hosted with Superhostme?
Hosting is included in the plans, so the site is kept on our infrastructure. If it is with another provider today, write to us and we will see how to bring it over.
What do the plans not include?
Redesigns, new content, custom development and non-WordPress sites. We quote all of that separately when you need it.
Why does the Complete plan range from $65 to $79?
Because the final price is set after reviewing your site. We confirm it with you before charging.
How do I change plans or cancel?
Plans are monthly. You can cancel from your client panel or by writing to us before the renewal date, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid term. To change plans, buy the new one or write to us.
