1. Who we are and scope
- 1.1
Superhostme, LLC ("Superhostme") is responsible for the personal data we collect on this site and when providing our Services, except as stated in section 5 for ReceptIA.
- 1.2
You can write to hola@superhostme.com about anything related to privacy.
2. What data we collect
- 2.1
When you browse the site, the server may log basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited). We do not use third-party web analytics tools.
- 2.2
When you contact us or request ReceptIA: your business name, WhatsApp number, business type, hours and whatever you choose to write to us.
- 2.3
When you buy a service: contact and billing details, domains and orders. They are processed on our billing platform (Upmind).
- 2.4
When you use the domain search: searches and orders are processed by Upmind under its own terms.
3. What we use it for
4. Who we share it with
- 4.1
We share data with providers that make the service possible: billing platform (Upmind), domain registrars, hosting and infrastructure providers, WhatsApp (Meta) and artificial intelligence providers. Today they are: Upmind (billing), Stripe (payments), 20i (hosting), DomainNameAPI and NameSilo (domains), Google (backups of sites under care), Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) and OpenAI (artificial intelligence).
- 4.2
We do not sell personal data.
- 4.3
We may hand data to authorities when the law requires it.
- 4.4
Some providers operate outside the Dominican Republic, so your data may be processed in other countries.
5. ReceptIA: WhatsApp conversations
- 5.1
What it processes: ReceptIA receives the messages people send to the WhatsApp of a business that hired us. That includes their phone number, profile name and everything they write, which may contain personal data and, depending on the business, sensitive data (for example health).
- 5.2
Who is who: the business that hires ReceptIA is responsible for that data towards its customers. Superhostme acts on the business’s behalf and on its instructions, only to provide the service.
- 5.3
Connected accounts: when you connect your accounts to Meta we receive an access token and the identifiers of your WhatsApp Business, Instagram or Facebook account, only to run the assistant. You can revoke them from Meta at any time.
- 5.4
Artificial intelligence: to reply, messages are processed by artificial intelligence systems run by external providers. The provider is OpenAI, processing in the United States.
- 5.5
What we do not do: we do not use conversations for advertising and we do not sell them. We do not use conversations to train AI models. Under the OpenAI API terms, OpenAI does not use them to train its models either.
- 5.6
Retention: we keep conversations while the service is active and up to 30 days after it ends, and delete them when the service ends or when the business asks, unless the law requires otherwise.
- 5.7
Sensitive data: we recommend not sharing sensitive data in the chat. Businesses should configure the assistant not to ask for it unless essential.
- 5.8
Transparency: businesses must tell their customers they are talking to an automated assistant and offer to speak with a person.
- 5.9
If you are a person who wrote to a business using ReceptIA and you want to exercise your rights, contact that business first. You can also write to hola@superhostme.com and we will help route your request.
6. Your rights
- 6.1
You can ask for access, rectification, deletion or objection regarding your data, under the applicable law. For people in the Dominican Republic, Law 172-13 on personal data protection applies; so do the US laws that apply to Superhostme, LLC.
- 6.2
Write to hola@superhostme.com. We will reply within 10 business days.
7. Security
9. Minors
- 9.1
Our Services are not aimed at minors and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Data deletion
- 10.1
You can ask us to delete your data by writing to hola@superhostme.com or using the data deletion page, where we explain what is deleted and how.
- 10.2
We handle the request within 30 days at most. For ReceptIA, you can also revoke access from your Meta account settings at any time.
11. Changes
- 11.1
We may update this policy. We will publish the new version with its update date.
